§01 Lifetime deals (AppSumo)

Lifetime deals (Solo and Agency) are purchased through AppSumo and carry AppSumo's standard 60-day refund guarantee. Request it from your AppSumo account within 60 days and AppSumo processes the refund — no reason required. We don't fight it and we don't make you grovel.

§02 What we don't do

• No exit survey.
• No win-back phone call.
• No "are you sure?" guilt email.
• No demand that you explain yourself.

§03 Subscriptions

Direct subscriptions, when offered, are billed through Paddle (our merchant of record). You get a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription charge — email hello@slotsy.net with "refund" in the subject and Paddle processes the reversal, no questions asked. After the 14 days we typically pro-rate the unused portion of the current cycle. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals. We confirm every request within 24 hours. Statutory consumer rights always apply.

§04 What happens to your data

On refund, the account closes. Within 24 hours we email you a JSON export of every booking, event type, and contact. After 7 days the account is deleted from production; backups roll off within 90 days.

§05 Payments your invitees made

Payments invitees made on your booking page went directly to your Stripe account via the restricted key you provided. We never held that money and can't refund it — those refunds are processed by you, in your Stripe dashboard, on your terms.
