§01 The deal

Buy a lifetime deal once, or subscribe monthly. We run the scheduler.

Slotsy is operated by Safety Tech Solutions (Tirana, Albania) and provides a white-label scheduling platform. Lifetime deals purchased through AppSumo grant lifetime access to the tier you bought, subject to these Terms. Direct monthly/annual subscriptions, where offered, are billed by our payment processor (Paddle, as merchant of record).

No rug-pulls. If you bought a lifetime deal, you keep every feature of your tier — plus bug fixes and improvements — for as long as Slotsy operates. We will not strip features out of your tier or move them behind a new paywall.

§02 Acceptable use

You won't use Slotsy to facilitate fraud, distribute malware, send unsolicited mass email, or violate applicable law. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse, after written warning where reasonable.

§03 Your content & data

You own your bookings, invitee contact data, branding assets, and custom CSS. We are a custodian only. We will not repurpose your data for marketing, AI/ML training, or any non-service use.

§04 Payments & refunds

Lifetime deals → AppSumo's refund policy. Subscriptions → via Paddle.

Lifetime deals are purchased on AppSumo and are governed by AppSumo's refund policy (a 60-day money-back window at the time of writing); refunds for those purchases are processed by AppSumo. Direct subscriptions, where offered, are billed and refunded through Paddle, with a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first charge; after that, refunds are pro-rated for the unused portion of the current cycle. Statutory consumer rights always apply.

§05 Bring-your-own Stripe

Payments your invitees make on your booking page go directly to your Stripe account using the restricted API key you provide. Slotsy never holds the funds, never sees card numbers, can't refund them, and isn't liable for chargebacks — handle those in your own Stripe dashboard. Your existing Stripe terms govern the buyer-seller relationship.

§06 Service availability & wind-down

If we ever shut down: notice + your full data export + a static archive of your booking page.

We aim for high availability and operate on Cloudflare's global edge. If we ever discontinue Slotsy, you receive advance notice, a one-click JSON export of every booking and contact, and a static archive of your booking page so your links don't break overnight.

§07 Limitation of liability

Slotsy is provided "as is". Our maximum aggregate liability is the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue from downtime.

§08 Changes

Material changes get 30 days' email notice with a redline diff. For subscriptions, you can cancel before a change takes effect; for lifetime deals, your purchased tier's features are protected per §01.

§09 Governing law

Albanian law, courts of Tirana, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country override. Nothing here waives your statutory rights.
